Seishin-Ryu Karate-Do is for everyone
Karate is for all ages and both sexes. No special skills are necessary to begin karate.
For the first class, you can simply just watch and get a feel for how we do things.
Alternatively, arrive wearing loose comfortable clothing and you are welcome to join in right away, and experience a class first hand.
We invite you and your family to join us for a free introductory class at one of our locations.
